Zoom, UC Irvine School of Law's new video and web conferencing tool, is now available to students, faculty, and staff. Zoom allows for video, audio, and screen sharing between participants. It can be used from any computer, laptop, tablet, or phone, and it works on PC, Mac, Android and iOS devices. Any UCI Law user can initiate a video or audio meeting, allowing Zoom to be used for any online meeting, whether between two or many people.
Anyone in the world can join a Zoom meeting, but only a host can start/schedule meetings.
If you do not have an UCI Law Zoom account yet, you can sign up for free with your law.uci.edu or lawnet.uci.edu email account.
You will be prompted to enter the Meeting ID or Meeting Room Name.
If you have questions about Zoom, contact the UCI Law Information Technology Services team at help@law.uci.edu.
